Great news, gamers! In line with our efforts to provide better services to our community,
we are implementing a new interface for our Customer Service Assistance program called the iBox Support.
Starting December 15, 2015, this new interface will allow our players to get personalized assistance
from our Customer Service Team for faster resolution of your concerns.
Scheduled visits will still be accommodated, but please note that with the new system,
any unscheduled visit will not be prioritized to ensure the efficient processing of scheduled cases.

Once we've received your ticket, our CS team will review your concern and, if needed, will give you a scheduled date and time for your visit.
