New Player Assistance Program to be launched!
In line with our efforts to provide a continuous quality Customer Service to our community, we would like to inform everyone that we will be implementing a new Customer Service Assistance program effective December 15, 2014.
This new program will provide personalized assistance by our Customer Service Team for the quick resolution of your concerns during your scheduled visit to our office. Please note that with this new system, any unscheduled visit will not be prioritized to ensure the efficient and effective processing of scheduled cases.

. Upon receipt of your ticket, our Customer Service team will review and address your concern and, if needed, will provide you a scheduled date and time for your visit.
